<h3>Pairing failed</h3>
<p>1 Confirm Whether application permission is turned on</p>

<p><em>While using APP, you need to open the permission required by the APP. Otherwise, the APP cannot be used properly.</em></p>

<p>2 Pairing failure may be caused by Bluetooth instability. Please restart the APP and the phone's Bluetooth before trying to pair.</p>
<h3>Is the bracelet waterproof ? and can it be wear while taking shower?</h3>

<p>IP67 waterproof is limited to normal activities in the daily life. Do not wear it while diving and other underwater activities, don’t keep it soaking for more than 20 minutes.</p>

<h3>Heart rate not accurate / not work</h3>

<p>1.Make sure the fitness tracker is properly worn

<h3>No notifications reminder</h3>

2.Make sure keep the APP running in the background when using.
3.Android mobile phone: When the fitness tracker is paired with mobile phone, open the notification permission, iPhone: make sure APP has the notification reminder function: “Device” - “Notification setting”</p>

<h3>No have sleep data, steps data and heart rate data</h3>

<p>1.Make sure fitness tracker is properly connected to the phone
2.Click “Help”- “Feedback”, Send log to wearband engineer mailbox to solve the problem, the engineer will reply to questions and solutions by mail straightly.</p>

<h3>After fitness tracker connect and synchronize with APP, datas stored on the bracelet are cleared.</h3>

<h3>Unable to charge</h3>
<blockquote>

<li>The screen will be off while charging, touch the key to light up the screen.</li>
<li>When power use out, fitness tracker screen will blink with battery icon at intervals of 3-5 seconds while charging. This is a normal phenomenon. After 5-10 minutes, the battery icon will continue to be displayed automatically.</li>
